Here are a few photos of my visit yesterday to the Bloom gardening event , in the the Phoenix Park Dublin.
installation by Hortisculptures
I think my actual overall favourite was the display by Hortisculptures at the main entrance.
A close second was this garden by West Cork designer Anne Hamilton

Thanks for the tour, I could never see too many garden shows, I always see something I like.
ReplyDeleteThe Hortisculptures really appeal to me.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful display of gardens! I like the first one, too. It is so fanciful; somehow it reminds me of Alice in Wonderland!
ReplyDeleteThe first display looks like a set from a fantasy moovie. So whimsical.
ReplyDeleteYour photoshopped gunneras crept over everything the way our kudzu vine does for real. Kudzu might grow over you while you sleep, but at least it has no spikes. The gunneras look beautiful but threatening. Yikes
the felicia amelloides looks good...
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tour Sunny :) That dry stone walling looks so precise and the softness of the blue blooms really sets it off beautifully!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for this! absolutely enchanting...
